An interesting thing I’m learning about right now is exercise physiology.
The oxygen from the air, our body has to work to transport that into all our organs via our blood to sustain our life
The more physical exertion you do, the more oxygen is needed
It all depends on blood delivery
hematopoiesis (blood formation) occurs mainly in bone marrow
Blood carries oxygen. In fact, your ability for your blood to carry oxygen determines how much work you can do in your body
Exercise and training is to help increase VO2 max (the capacity of your blood to carry oxygen to skeletal muscle)
The body has to work to sustain its own life
The more life from oxygen, the more work
Gensis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Genesis 3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
What God gave for free, Adam entered into tree of knowledge of good and evil and found he now had to sustain his life on his own
Our blood carries not only oxygen, but nutrients from the food we eat
1 Corinthians 15. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

But I was inferring spirit because it also says in Corinthians, the following verses
t is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
That was a lot of text, but the point is, from what I’m seeing, that God made human neutral, but with the purpose of clothing human with immortality (literally himself, because God is immortal, God gave us him/herself). What God saw in human and His purpose for human, is that human is good, because they were made to be clothed with immortality aka God/Spirit/Light/Love/Immortality. Dirt is just dirt, there is no life in dirt, and that’s what our bodies are literally made of... yes Dirt. We dirt were made to clothe ourselves with our purpose, God/Spirit/Live/Love/immortality. What man instead partook of is what was evil (trying to sustain our own life, literally give ourselves immortality), but God demonstrating He alone is God (the giver / author of life), still clothes us with immortality in the midst of our death showing that God’s purpose / power can not fail despite any darkness. Our attempts to do that, inevitably perpetuate and continue a cycle of death (like Tony stark trying to save the avengers). Nonetheless, darkness can not overcome light. True casts out darkness, not the other way around. The same way, in our daily circumstances, and in each situation, the Spirit hovers over the chaos of darkness and can make a new thing. We try to do that, by trying to make our selves happy aka give our selves life. Only God can do that though, and He proved that in what Jesus did.. and proves it in our daily lives - when we come to him we experience life (joy, peace, etc). When we experience that, it shouldn’t matter what we are doing, this non constrained / timeless peace can pervade whenever we are and is meant to give us confidence in coming to Him for Life.
We dirt were made to be clothed with* not clothe ourselves.. haha
In a world ruled by money.. because you know money = life these days. It’s hard to see the innocence in our hearts so that we can actually enjoy the things we do. I want to learn medicine because the innocence in my heart resonates with the innocent in God’s hear to serve and nurture. You may want to teach because the innocent in your heart resonates with God’s heart of showing others guidance and formation and freedom.
It’s all the same Spirit, and we are equal in our innocence.
